A consultation involves the following
Paediatric Consultation:
Dr Bilolikar takes a detailed history for general paediatric consultations followed by a clinical examination.
Following this full assessment, he will discuss likely diagnosis, possible treatments and investigations (tests) that may be required. Followup plans are made as appropriate.

Allergy Consultation:
A detailed allergy focussed history is taken followed by relevant clinical examination.
Dr Bilolikar will then discuss likely diagnosis and possible tests. Skin Prick tests if appropriate are often done in the same consultation. Sometimes, blood tests may be required. Dr Bilolikar will arrange Allergy Blood tests.
Dr Bilolikar can arrange a Broad Allergy Blood Test covering a wide range of allergens. Component testing may also be possible.

Treatment options are discussed. During an allergy consultation, training for Adrenaline Auto-injector (Epipen/Jext) will be provided if appropriate with a personal allergy management plan.
Treatment options for Allergic Rhinitis including nasal sprays and immunotherapy will be discussed.
